Start here when you cannot sign in, are missing an invitation, or cannot find the right household.
I cannot sign in
Start on the sign-in page and use the email address linked to your account.
- Check that the email address is entered correctly.
- Enter your password again and read the error message that appears.
- If you still cannot sign in, note the error message and approximately when it happened.
I cannot find the invitation or household
Check that you are signed in with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
Ask the person who invited you to confirm that the invitation uses the right household and email address.
When you need more help
Go to the contact page and include the page you were on, what you tried to do, and the error message you received.
Do not send your password or other secret information.
