Access and invitations

If you received an invitation by email or message, reply through the same channel when you need help with access.

Tell us which email address the invitation is for, but do not send your password.

Privacy and security

Describe whether your request concerns access, correction, deletion, permissions, or a possible security event.

Do not send passwords or other secret information.

When something is not working

Include the page you were on, what you tried to do, what happened, and approximately when it happened.

A screenshot can help as long as it does not show private information.
